Illustro now has a plugin on the Figma Marketplace. The point is simple: generate in the file you are already working in.

Install Illustro AI from Figma Community, connect your account, and place illustrations on the canvas. The install and prompt steps are short: run the plugin, log in, and describe the frame you actually have open.

What it is for

You already know the old loop. Generate in a browser, download a file, drop it into Figma, notice the crop is wrong, go back. The plugin cuts that round trip.

It is still Illustro underneath: same styles, same account, same files. Figma is just where the asset lands.

If you would rather generate on the web first, that still works. The plugin is for when the layout is already open and you need the picture now.
